METABASE, INC. — EVENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT OUTER JOIN 2026, Colorado
By accepting this agreement, you do so on your own behalf and, if your ticket was purchased by your employer, on your employer’s behalf as well.
1. Registration Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, you indicate an offer to buy and acceptance of these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance at Metabase’s sole discretion. Once full payment has been received, we will begin processing your registration.
Badges are issued to, and can only be used by, the attendee associated with the registration. A government-issued photo ID is required to collect your badge on-site.
Badge swapping, badge splitting, or sharing of access credentials is not permitted. Anyone found using another attendee’s badge will be removed from the premises without a refund.
Registered attendees who fail to attend the event (no-shows) are completely non-refundable. Metabase is not responsible for, and will not refund, any attendee travel or lodging expenses under any circumstances.
Metabase reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, registered attendees will receive a full refund of fees paid.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to outerjoin@metabase.com. Refunds are issued according to the following schedule, calculated from the date Metabase receives your written cancellation request:
- 60 or more days before the Event: full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee.
- 30 to 59 days before the Event: 50% refund of registration fees paid.
- Fewer than 30 days before the Event: no refund will be issued.
2. Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnification
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death, arising from transportation, alcohol service, recreational activities, and venue conditions. By accepting this agreement, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks and agree to participate only in activities for which you feel physically and mentally fit.
Specific risks include:
Transportation. Bus transport runs between the main venue and side venue on public roads, carrying the inherent risks of road travel.
Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages may be served at both venues. You must be 21 or older to drink and are solely responsible for monitoring your own consumption.
Activities at the side venue. Recreational activities at the side venue — including darts, pool, bowling, and golf simulators — carry the risk of physical injury. Only participate if you feel fit and healthy and agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Optional Tower Tour. An optional tour of a historic tower structure is also available at the side venue. The tower has no working elevator; the tour requires climbing approximately 11 stories of stairs at a slow pace and is only suitable for those physically capable of doing so. This tour is entirely optional.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself, your employer, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and hold harmless Metabase, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or injuries arising from your attendance or participation in the Event, including incidents related to the risks described above.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metabase, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your actions during the Event, including any harm caused to other attendees, staff, or third parties.
3. Code of Conduct
You agree to treat all attendees, staff, and venue personnel with respect and to follow all rule of the venue and directions of venue personnel. The following are strictly prohibited: harassment or intimidation; discrimination based on any protected characteristic; physical violence, aggressive or dangerous behavior, or unwanted contact; abusive or hateful language; disruption of Event programming; illegal activity including possession of illegal substances; and damage to venue property. Violations may result in removal from the Event without refund.
4. Your Information & Likeness
Media Consent
You consent to Metabase photographing, filming, or recording your image and voice during the Event and using that content in marketing and promotional materials, including on its website, social media, and email communications.
